Testimonials
I have been a member of Coomera Chamber since inception. Our business encompasses all of SE Queensland and therefore have memberships of several chambers and have been office holders in some so are well qualified to compare!
To my mind Coomera Chamber has been the most progressive, active and beneficial Chamber I have been associated with in 25years of Chamber membership.
Most members are small businesses sharing the common goal of achieving improvement to the services they provide.
From time to time meetings are held in the premises of members businesses which gives an insight to how other members operate and enlarges our local knowledge of available services. It is fortunate indeed that the theme parks are loyal members and that some functions are enhanced by members being guinea pigs for new rides and attractions.
The secretariat is run efficiently and every meeting is interesting and productive. The meetings are friendly, positive and constructive."

As an architect who doesn’t play golf, I am grateful that The Chamber offers many opportunities for business interaction in settings that are less competitive and less stressful than a golf course would be to me! Seriously however, when I joined the Coomera Chamber of Commerce I not only became connected to other business people in the area, but also felt more informed about local happenings and trends both through the speakers and by talking with a diverse mix of business owners and sharing news and opinions. I look forward to making new acquaintances in the months ahead while also strengthening old ties.” Bryn Lummus – BXL Design (www.bxlprojects.com)

Wanting to become involved in the community and feel a sense of belonging when I moved to the Gold Coast in 2003, I decided to join a Chamber and chose Coomera. What a great decision. It has given me an abundance of opportunities to meet people from all types of business, visit a variety of places and gain infomation that would never have even crossed my mind to look for. It is social, warm, informative and allows the opportunity to make a difference. A great decision.

Being new to Coomera & Queensland, (we arrived from Western Australia 18 months ago) we decided to get involved with the local community. We became a member of the Coomera Chamber of Commerce some 10 months ago and it is a decision we are glad we made.
As new people and a new business to Coomera we have been made very welcome by all Chamber members we have spoken to. We have met and chatted to members in the same line of business that we are in and even though we are competition it has been on a very friendly basis.
It is a great place to network and to find out information on what is happening with future developments on the Gold Coast. Helping promote the chamber at a local show was also great fun as well as good networking.

For me the Coomera Chamber of Commerce is clearly one of the best networking groups I have been a part of. They are a likeminded bunch that enjoys contributing and seriously making a difference to the community. This is one place where things get done whilst having fun. They create a relaxed welcoming environment and have openly accepted me into the fold. I feel empowered to contribute further by supporting the Global Coomera Initiative; find me a chamber that is so proactive in growing the awareness of the region on a national and international level as this.

We have been advised that the standard train (Interurban Multiple Units) on the Gold Coast line should have toilet facilities due to the distance between the Gold Coast and Brisbane.
We are seeking your input regarding this issue and ask that if you catch a Gold Coast train at any time (peak or off peak) that you advise us whether or not there are toilet facilities.
We particularly want you to advise us of the time of the train service and in particular if there was or there was not a toilet on the train.
