Our new Management Committee consisting of President Moira Williams, Vice President Brian Rowe, Secretary Mike Ford, Treasurer David Spence, Vice Treasurer David White will continue to provide informative meetings in a relaxed, warm and friendly environment. The previous year has seen the Chamber grow to 70 members because of the amazing venues on offer in the Coomera  and adjacent area, along with great food and amazing speakers.  The meetings have provided everyone with the opportunity to meet new people, network, obtain valuable information and have experiences not normally available e.g. riding the amazing water slides at Wet 'n Wild and White Water Park, experiencing speakers like Bob Ansett, networking with other chambers and each member having the opportunity to showcase their business to members and guests along with exhibit literature at trade shows and the Coomera Anglican Food and Wine Frolic.

The Coomera Chamber of Commerce also gives its members the opportunity to assist in the Community either by supporting members with their functions or donating to Community Organisations.  At present the Chamber is beginning to provide workshops for members and guests to obtain information and skills, investigating the possiblity of establishing an organic garden along with exposing Coomera on an international scale with Global Coomera.

Global Coomera is another innovative idea that has been launched through the Chamber. An amazing visual and audio display of Coomera available in disc format on enquiry through the Chamber. Along with its own website Global Coomera intends to inform all those interested in what is happening in Coomera as it grows and prospers. This has been made possible with the support of the Gold Coast City Council.

The Chamber is looking forward to great events for 2008. These are displayed now on the events page and you are able to register and pay on line.
