Emma Mackay - Travel Counsellor....I am new to the Coomera area and operate a fully licensed home based travel company. I am unique in that I do most of my consulting outside "standard" office hours - enabling people to chat to me as and when suits them as opposed to having to wait around in a travel agency during their lunchbreak or during their precious leisure time. I have many years of travel experience and working from home means I have the time to put together the ideal itinerary to suit your travel needs. I am also not pushed to sell "preferred products" so am able to use any supplier and am thus able to find the best products to suit your needs. Please contact me on 0416 664443 or email me emma.mackay@travelcounsellors.com.au

Local crematorium at Yatla member has changed the Name of the establishment to Eco Memorial Gardens. The name change has been prompted by managements motivation to inform the public that this establishment, whilst aware of recent concern about environmental issues has, since establishment 20 years ago, been conciously adhering to eco friendly practises. ALL water falling on the ten acres is harvested and used. Waste products are all recycled and used.

If anyone is interested in bikes, I noticed that there is a really cool new Bike Shop that has opened in the Upper Coomera Bi Lo Shoppng Complex (cnr of Tamborine Oxenford Road and Reserve Roads). My partner popped in the other day on the off chance that they may have a part for his imported mountain bike. They did and were extremely helpful. They offer a full repair service plus stock a wide range of new bikes in all shapes and models. Good to see new business coming to our local region. Wishing them all the best!
